Geothermal energy in office buildings

 

TELMMA manages several office buildings with geothermal systems. These produce for up to 75% of the building' heating needs.

 

Thus :

 

The DANICA in Lyon 3rd district,  an office building of 15.475 sqm, which features a geothermal system based on groundwater and a heat pump.

 

The APRILIUM 1 in Lyon 3rd district, an office building of 15.680 sqm, which features a geothermal system functioning with ground water.

 

The FARMAN in Paris 15th district, an office building of 27.031 sqm, brought into function by TELMMA, who now ensures the property management for the owner account.

 

HELIANTHE and EOLIS in Lyon 2nd district, two office buildings totalizing 14.400 sqm, equipped with a geothermal system on groundwater, photovoltaic pannels of approximately 1.500 sqm and an horizontal wind mill.

 

AMBRE in Lyon 7th district, an office building of 11.560 sqm equipped with geothermal heat pump functionning with groundwater.

 

OPEN 6 in Lyon 6th, an offie building of 5.080 sqm benefitting from heating and air conditioning through the city heating and refreshing system.
